As a compassionate therapist, I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reach their personal goals using a blend of evidence-based techniques and humour.

Beyond my work, I’m a mother of four, which has taught me more about patience, perspective and resilience than any textbook ever could. I draw on that lived experience to meet clients with genuine understanding and a grounded, real-world approach.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand, listening to music, getting lost in a good film, or spending time in nature — all things that help me stay connected, curious and creatively energised. These passions shape the way I show up in my work: present, open-minded and deeply committed to supporting people as they grow.
