Zoe

Hi, my name is Zoe, and I am a Occupational Therapist excited to be joining the Astrad team. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families to engage in meaningful daily activities through a holistic, person-centred approach.

Throughout my university placements, I have gained experience across community mental health, paediatrics within a special school setting, and acute inpatient rehabilitation. These experiences have strengthened my interest in community-based practice and working with clients across the lifespan, supporting independence, participation, and overall well-being within their everyday environments.

I value ongoing learning, collaboration, and reflective practice, and I am committed to developing my clinical skills while providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, pushing myself in the gym, going to sporting games, and spending quality time with family and friends.
