Georgie

Hi everyone! I’m Georgie, one of the Occupational Therapy Assistants here at Astrad.

I’d say I am pretty energetic and chatty, but always easy-going — I love connecting with people and finding down-to-earth ways to help them reach goals that truly matter to them.

So far, I’ve been lucky to work across different settings, from community-based practice to school-based interventions, and I really enjoy supporting people to build confidence and independence in their day-to-day lives (and having a few laughs along the way!). I believe in working alongside clients and families in a way that feels genuine, flexible and respectful.

When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me at the gym, hanging out with family and friends, up the coast at the beach, or winding down with a good movie and my cat.
