Occupational TherapistHey, I’m Matt, one of the OTs here at Astrad.
I love being an OT because I get to support people over time and in a variety of settings, finding creative and practical ways to help them do the things they want to do or need to do. I have experience in hand therapy and upper limb rehab, neurological rehab, and adult community settings.
Before becoming an OT, I spent over a decade working in the health and fitness industry, so I have a lot of experience helping people work toward their individual goals.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the gym, on the golf course, kicking the footy at the park with my son, or watching The Office (again!) with my wife.
